★★★★★ I started out with another company and was not happy from the start customer service was trouble. I picked up the phone the Aluminum Company and from the start to the finish I could hove not been any happier from the time I placed the call to when Troy came by for the estimate to when the crews left. The house now looks great and I have received a lot of comments on the black gutters that were installed and no more leaves in the gutters. My neighbor now wants to change his gutters to a different color.Areas Of Satisfaction: Customer service From the office personal to the installers to the site manager. I even asked the roof installers to not to worry about some of the items from the roof in the flowers due to I was going to change them in the spring and they did not leave until every thing was cleaned up.Recognized Excellence: Troy, office personal that made contact with me, Marc, the Roofing crews, Gutter crews.
