I had some doubts of the outcome when we wrote you concerning the failure of the seal on our seventeen year-old replacement windows. Thanks for exceeding our expectations!! I have related the story to several friends and family and they too were surprised at your company's handling of our problem. They commented that it's hard to find a company that stands behind its warranty. I am sure you will be hearing from some of them in the future.
