I just had an awning installed over the back door of my house by your company.

I had tried working with 2 other companies before calling you – they were referrals from friends. I started this process in May of last year.

I was getting very discouraged. It was very difficult getting calls back, and setting appointments with these two other companies. Then once we finally were able to get together (with me taking time off from work to meet their representatives,) I could not get quotes from them. The second company after many phone calls made by me leaving messages saying, “May I get a quote please? You came out to my house on . . . date.” I finally received a phone message saying the job was too small for them. I never could get the first company to call me back.

I saw your big flyer in the paper advertising your open house, and called. From that day forward the whole experience of getting my awning was like a wonderful dream! Everyone was very courteous and professional. My calls were returned promptly. Appointments were made promptly. I was met at my home after hours and on time by every Aluminum Company staff member that I worked with (Kevin, Mark and June.) On the day my awning was due to be installed, we had bad weather. Mark called me to let me know he would not be out that day (which I had assumed, but very much appreciated his professionalism and courtesy in calling.) I arrived home the next night and my awning was up!!! I assumed it would be several weeks before he would be able to get back to me and reschedule the installation. I was thrilled. Then, June came to my house to make sure I was happy! Such incredible customer service. I cannot remember the last time I was treated so well as a customer.

I was even more thrilled when I saw how beautifully my awning was manufactured. When I look out my back door, even though I am looking at the underside of the awning – it is as nicely finished as the outer portion. Lovely, lovely, quality work.

I will absolutely refer any and everyone I know to your company with great confidence. And when I save the money to replace my back door – I look forward to working with you all again.
