Thank you for a job well done.
Your company recently replaced the roof on our home and installed gutter helmets. Now that the project is finished, the roof looks great and your crew removed every scrap of construction debris and left our yard as neat as a pin. We feel we really got what we paid for and our check is enclosed. The real purpose of this letter, however, is to compliment your company's policy when things go wrong. Soon after the roof was installed, it became obvious that some of the shingles you installed were defective. Some were curled and others discolored. I never had a single moment's doubt that your folks would make it right, but I was surprised when Lanny Pratt told us that the entire job would be done over. Within a few days the crew returned, peeled off the entire roof-not just the defective shingles-and put on a new roof in record time. Not once, during this entire process, did I hear any of your folks grumble or complain. It's easy to be a good company when everything goes right but you proved that a really good company comes through for the customer when problems arise.
Give a well-deserved pat on the back to Dallas, Lanny, and Evaristo. They are excellent representatives of your company.
