From the very first contact by phone, members of the Aluminum Co. staff were exceedingly helpful, professional and courteous. We were impressed with the high level of knowledge about home improvement on the part of the staff. In addition, several members of the team were in constant contact with us during the project and afterward, sharing their opinions and expertise with us. When we made decisions about the right products for our unique project, we did not feel pressure to purchase something that might not be right for our house and budget.
