Javier, he was the roofing dept manager, he's a super guy, he came out during the installation of my roof. I took off work and supervised all of it, he listened to my concerns and was very responsive in taking care of anything I might have seen or wanted done. He was a very nice gentleman, very pleasant and knowledgeable. I would like you guys to recognize him for his professionalism. The other person was Malcom, possibly a subcontractor, he did my windows, he went way outside the box for what he had to do. It was really, really cold outside, but he got it done despite the weather. He made sure everything was caulked and trimmed out well, and I was very impressed with his professionalism. He didn't stop until he got it right. He even frequently asked me if everything met my expectations. I'm very very pleased with him. As far as the crew goes, there was no profanity. they got down to business. I can't tell you how much I'm impressed. I will definitely be calling them for future work.
