I have always been very happy with your work. You are highly organized, professional, and I think go way beyond the call of duty to make sure the customer is satisfied. I really appreciate your follow up. When we did have some trouble with some of the material used in one job, warranty service was immediate, with no quesitons asked. I really cannot say enough about how cooperative and helpful you were, and was very impressed when you uncovered unexpected problems within our walls and fixed them at no extra charge.
