I would like to express our compliments to all of the people who have represented your company during the course of this undertaking. We are especially appreciative of the work by Chris and his crew, and also the roofers, the gutter installers, and the garage door installer. They got the job done with the highest professional standards in spite of the difficult weather conditions and a few logistic hangups. A special pat on the back goes to Dallas. He wade our initial decision to go with your company an easy one, and in every step along the way, he did what was necessary to retain our confidence in the project. June's visit, in which she was clearly motivated to see that the job was done correctly, was also appreciated.

All of your people whom I had occasion to speak with showed a common trait - a desire to be of help, and to overcome any obstacle in order to insure a happy outcome.

All of this, of course, reflects well on the boss, so I would like to thank you for their performance, as well as for your personal attention to the achievement of our expectations.

I will, in the next few days (if ever the sun comes out), be taking digital photos of the house, and will email them to you. Feel free to use them, possibly with the "before" images I sent to you earlier, in any way you wish.

With this understanding behind us, we are now looking at other potential projects to enhance our home. You can be sure that we will be happy to discuss these with the Aluminum Company as we develop our plans.
