This letter is written on behalf of Tim and George [for their work of installing doors on a Durham home].

These two gentlemen were the epitome of professionalism They were prompt, went about their business with knowledge and expertise. They did not waste time. They were always courteous and respectful and considerate of our belongings. They were neat in their work and always cleaned up debris after the job for a particular day was completed. They explained what they were doing and explained the operations of the locking mechanisms etc.

We believe that people should be commended for work well done as quickly as we would issue a complaint about poor job. We are happy to say our experience with Tim and George was pleasant and satisfactory. Many neighbors and friends have commented on the quality of the work done.

Kudos to George and Tim!
